Express transport and just-in-time delivery: The STEX Express forwarding company offers your company reliable refrigerated transports – with both Caddys and transporters. You can flexibly determine the cooling temperature between -20 degrees and +20 degrees Celsius. Our refrigerated vehicles are ideal for transporting food such as fruit, vegetables, fish and meat. In addition, we transport medicine, chemical products, tissue samples and many other temperature-sensitive goods. Of course, these services can be combined with other freight services, such as the transport of transplantable organs, after consultation with a STEX dispatcher. For time-critical orders, prior agreement is required.

Refrigerated transporters and load specifications: In addition to transports by truck and platform truck with cover, the STEX Express forwarding company also offers specialized refrigerated transports – both nationally and throughout Europe. We use specially equipped Caddys and transporters that have a payload of 600 kg and 800 kg, respectively. Due to the active cooling technology, the loading volume is slightly smaller than on standard models. The goods to be transported, which must be constantly cooled, include various fruits and vegetables, meat and sausages, dairy products, medicine, vaccines and other perishable products.
Securing the cooling chain and documentation: Equipped with temperature sensors and advanced cooling technology, our vehicles ensure constant temperature and thus a seamless cooling chain. By default, STEX provides you with cooling protocols. The temperatures may vary by a maximum of 2 degrees Celsius. In the case of time-critical refrigerated transports, an individual agreement is made after the order has been placed. Transports are ready for immediate collection. If you commission STEX with the refrigerated transport, your shipment will be picked up immediately or on the desired date and delivered directly to the recipient.
Cost and transparency: You can easily determine the cost of refrigerated transports using the online price calculator on the STEX website. All you need is the postal codes of the sender and recipient as well as the desired delivery date. Select the upgrade “Thermo”. Our freight is insured in accordance with our terms and conditions. All STEX refrigerated vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, so you can check the location of the vehicle at any time. On request, we can also create detailed cooling protocols for your freight. This provides proof of an uninterrupted cooling chain. The STEX Express forwarding company only transports goods that require refrigeration if they are approved for road traffic. If refrigerated dangerous goods are involved, prior individual consultation is required.
